Talk with the doctor
Dr. Yunis talks with you directly about the abortion pill and surgical abortion, whether each one is a good fit, and what each involves. Nothing happens until you understand it and want to go ahead.
Your care
If you choose the pill, the doctor can give you the medication at your first appointment, or you can take it at home as he directs. If you choose surgical abortion, it is done in our private GYN office under IV twilight sedation and usually takes less than 5 minutes.
Follow-up
Pill patients come back for a follow-up about two weeks later, and it is included in the price. Most surgical patients are back to normal activity the same afternoon. You can also ask for a Mirena IUD at the same visit.
